This is a great way to highlight to your visitors posts that others have read. Again keeping users engaged for longer and increasing page views. This is also an easy widget to install. Just go to the 'Layout' section of your Blogger dashboard, select 'add gadget', scroll down to the 'Popular Posts' gadget and select the '+' icon.
